Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone else is using Jetbuilt. We've been using it for a few years and our Sales team has a laundry list of frustrations with it. I'd like to compare notes to see if we're just going about things the wrong way, or if there are insurmountable shortcomings...

On a separate, but related note, during our onboarding process with them, we were told that they would happily provide custom programming work (read: they would send a quote for expediting specific feature requests that were important to us). I've requested a few times but I have never received a single quote from them. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar or different experience.
