I am looking for a movie where they hype up a villain or some evil entity so much. But it ends up being no match for the main character of the movie.

probably the closest thing I can think of is Dune 2. I didn't know the story as I didn't read the book. But they truly hyped up the villain in such a way. after the nukes were launched, it was game over. it came as a complete shock to me. But so so satisfying.

another example is Equilibrium.

so I am looking for a movie where the main character is never in fear. not even once.
