Best walnut / almond cookies in Penang?

Hey Penangites! I'm a noob banana from KL, and when it comes to Penang cookies, I've only ever had Gee Hiang. I especially love almond and walnut cookies (hap toh soh & hang yan soh), but these kinds often get ignored by online guides and reviewers.

Could you guys recommend the best bakeries for these? I've looked around, but most people only talk about tau sar peah, which isn't really my thing. Thanks a bunch!
