Hey everyone, I got this Hiby R1 last week. All was going well until this morning when I was listening to an album. The R1 stopped in the middle of a track and suddenly it said that none of my music could be found. I've tried:
- Restarting the device
- updating the music database
- updating the firmware
- community firmwares
- resetting to factory settings
- Reformatting the brand new 256gb Sandisk SD card to Fat32 AND exFAT
- Using a completely different SD card
- Limiting to just a few albums of the same artist
It shows all of the songs, and it can play all of them. Both the Albums and Artists are showing up until I try to tap on them. And when I go to files it looks like it's not even looking at the correct device? (Music shows the a:\ path and this is looking at a TF:\ path).
I'm at the end of my rope here. Has anyone seen something like this happen before, and if so, do you know of any fixes?
