Looking for a wide bevel gyuto sharpened by Morihiro-san himself. Dream knife would be a Fujiyama or one of the new Nakagawa x Morihiro vg10 damascus but I really just want to try one of his wide bevel grinds.

Would love one with a heel height of at least 50mm and edge length of 220-230mm but I know I can't be too picky when tracking down a knife like this.
