Our label printer started to fail last week (we’ve had this unit for about 5 years printing anywhere from 20-50 labels a day) it would print out maybe 5-10 labels and stop 1/4 of the way through the next label, we just bought a new unit- same model. The new unit is still doing the same thing- stats printing just fine and then boom errors out halfway through a label.

I went through and made sure all the software is up to date but still no luck, any tips?
