Hi everyone,

I recently moved to Hannover for studying and got a new mobile plan with sim.de (35GB for a 24-month term). I just got my welcome letter, but after testing the SIM, the signal is terrible at my home and the cellular data keeps cutting out completely.

Has anyone else had bad experiences with sim.de/Drillisch recently?

Is it worth sticking with them for 2 years just because it's cheap, or is the network quality usually this bad?

I’m still within my 14-day window to cancel (Widerruf). Should I run away now and look for a different provider (like Telekom or Vodafone network)?

I'd appreciate any advice on that! Thanks!
