I got a question, I got conditionally approved for Nexus and needs to do an interview. I'm flying out from Toronto Pearson to Newark tomorrow but the flight departs at 8am so I don't think I can make CBP interview at Pearson. Can I land at Newark then do the interview at Newark instead of Pearson?

I'm in the market for a townhouse. I've noticed a lot are now built with POTL and there is an occupancy fee attached to it. I've also seen horror stories on super high occupancy fee and future maintenance fee growth.

Is this a legitimate concern to stay away from POTL project? Any way to reduce this risk?

Is POTL towns worth while to look at?
