2019 e-tron, 49k miles, 27% battery SoH — warranty claim tomorrow, looking for tips

Bought a 2019 e-tron for my daughter a few weeks ago. Charged it to 100% and it showed 104 mi of range (EPA is 204).

Ran a discharge test today: 55 miles driven from 100% → 11%, 2.8 mi/kWh average. Math says ~22 kWh usable vs 83.6 original. SoH ~27%. At 11% I'm showing 29 miles or range so that would imply 84 miles from start to finish! I'm in South Florida and driving normally, non-highway.

Still in warranty (8yr/100k, in-service March 2020, currently at 49,307 mi). All recalls done at Audi dealers. Have photos, trip computer screens, and CSV export as evidence and going to dealer tomorrow to get a battery test and perhaps open a warranty claim.

Anyone with an e-tron SUV actually get a pack replaced under warranty? How many visits did it take, and any tips for getting them to escalate to TACS quickly?
