ROME — Rome Community Job Fairs will host a hiring event on Thursday, April 16, at the Rome Alliance Church, 920 Turin St.

The one day hiring event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature 35 employers in a wide-variety of fields. Resume workstations will open at 10 a.m. with staff on sight to assist participants in making a new resume.

"Whether hoping to find a fresh start, a better job, or begin your new career, this hiring event will connect job seekers and employers face-to-face," event organizers said in an announcement.
