My success so far
I replied to someone else’s post with this info but thought it would make for a good post as well.
I'm about two weeks on the 40mg dosage, before that I did a titration period of lower doses for 2 weeks, so in total it's been about a month. So far the only side effects have been more sweating, more drowsiness and a few headaches. I'm coming off a bad cold so while I was sick I was down and out. I set aside yesterday to go to the gym, work on stuff for uni, wash the bedsheets and wash a few dishes.
Got up yesterday and started off well, cleaned and changed the bedsheets (which is something I usually struggle with) and then crashed the rest of the day because I was feeling suddenly tired. I was feeling upset by the time bed time came around, but decided that's just how the day went and started getting ready for bed.
As I started doing that, I thought it would be good to move a couple things in the sink so that doing dishes another day would be easier... then I did a bunch of dishes... and also put away all the (ambient) groceries that had been sitting in bags in the kitchen floor for a couple weeks, cleared up all the rubbish from the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and toilet, AND had a shower.
The kitchen went from being an absolute mess in every aspect, to only needing to do some more dishes for it to be complete done.
What's even better is that I'm ONLY able to do things when there's some external motivation, like a housing inspection or guests or something, but I was able to JUST DO THINGS BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO BE DONE. Mind blowing stuff I tell you. I really hope this stays consistent because if I can keep up with this trajectory it will genuinely be life changing.
