If I simulate a match I almost always end up losing 3-1 or something ridiculous like that

And I don't know how to stop it. If I click it, it tells me to put a code to verify it's me from another email, so I do that, and then it sends me to a page that shows my username, authentication, server, port, and security type. I click done and it says my password is incorrect, yet it didn't even ask for my password and doesn't give me an option to change it

This genuinely has been vibrating my phone once every 2 minutes for the last couple days so help would be appreciated
