What is it actually like to walk with an Askare?

Hi everyone!

I walk quite a bit during work, with lots of bending, kneeling, squats, stairs, bit of climbing, etc. I've been using backpacks basically all my life, but as my latest (non-Savotta) pack is about to give up, I'm thinking about freeing up my shoulders, and try the Askare.
I usually take some food, 1l of water, and a few tools with me. Around 2kg, sometimes maybe 2.5, max 3kg in total (plus bag).
My question is: what is it like to walk/move with such a large hip pack? Isn't it disturbing with every step as you push it around with your glutes? Or painful in the front? Maybe even combined with a Valjas slim belt pad?
I only have the Kukkaro, so I can't really test it unless some DIY improvised test-Askare.
I'm tall but relatively thin, yet got muscles in them butts, if that matters in this case :D

Thank you!

Hi, everyone!

Title says it all. I've been playing around with my Kahakka's shoulder straps, and even though it works fine, I'd like to see if someone has any better ideas other than dumb loops of elastic cord.
On my MTB Camelbak backpack it's really comfortable to use the magnetic mount, but for hiking it's not really an option, as it's not compass-friendly :D
