With Sauce Hollandaise and an asparagus & ham stuffed crust

The miso gives them an almost salted caramel-y vibe and a bit of umani. Those turned out so good!

Swapped the liquid from the focaccia for Phở broth and turned the bread into Bánh mì style sandwiches with some Pâté, Đồ Chua, chilis, mayo, cilantro and cucumber :)
