PDT Rule Change Goes Live June 4
FINRA posted the regulatory notice for the PDT rule elimination!
The effective date is June 4, 2026, but brokers have until Oct. 20, 2027, to implement it: https://www.finra.org/rules-guidance/notices/26-10.
