Wonderful bowl of ramen! I was worried that the back fat would be off-putting to me, but it was really soft and silky. Blends with the broth seamlessly for a simple and delicious bowl of ramen. Rich without being too salty. We waited in line for about 20 minutes but it was so worth it and the staff was friendly and accommodating to us foreigners. 10/10 (and my wife's favorite meal on our 2-week trip).
