Sheer skin perfector with SPF?

I have been using the Tula filter primer for a few years now. It is a product that is white when you pump it out and then changes color from the encapsulated pigments. It’s sheer enough that I use a color darker than my skin to give a slight amount of coverage and warmth, and it also has a little bit of what I see is multicolored shimmer - but the shimmer is almost imperceptible - but they seem like color correcting pigments. I can wear it alone or with some concealer to make my skin look better and more awake but it doesn’t look like makeup. I have tried the Tula tinted moisturizer and the finish is just not what I’m looking for. Currently in the primer I am using the shade sunrise which is for medium skin tones - but I’m actually more fair (about a MAC NW15). It claims to give a lit from within glow, blur lines, give sheer coverage and smooth skin

I want something like this that has SPF. There are glowy/shimmery SPF but they either have no tint or too much tint or way too much shimmer. I do not want to look like the tin man.

Any sunscreen/moisturizer/primer combos that just make your skin look better, more even, and healthier? I am combo, so nothing too hydrating.
