I’ve been struggling with the transition to college work flow and despite having a solid friend group still struggle with social situations. Today I took two screening tests resulted in high risk for ADHD/ADD.

I’ve always been a fidgeter and struggled with one on one conversations and finding my place in group dynamics. Back inn HS I could get away with just the course information given in class to pass. However obviously that’s not enough in uni and I especially struggle with starting longer semester spanning assignments.

I was wondering if there are actual resources that can help me on campus. Or a route to getting real help. This has been having devastating effects on my course progression and social growth.
