I kept pimple patch on it and tried popping it but nothing works 😭

Hello, we have run into an issue while installing our brand new faucet. We have connected the hot and cold hoses to their corresponding wall outlets and have connected the black hose into the only connector in which it fits. However, when we open the tap no water is flowing through it but it comes pouring from under the faucet. ( Where all the hoses go into the faucet.)

FYI: None of the connections we screwed are leaking, rather it is leaking from a place to which we have no access to inside the faucet.

Does anyone know where the problem might be coming from?
