The bike is a Gen2 SL checkpoint

I think this topic is getting more popular because of the bike prices. I'm riding mainly gravel but I prefer to do my workouts on the road. Currently running carbon gravel wheels with thunder burts 2.1 and they are amazing for gravel. I also have old wheelset that came stock on my bike bontrager alloy wheels , I wanted to try road riding on this setup. If I like enough I'll buy some china carbon road wheels then

My questions are:

Will I have to adjust the derailleur and brakes every time I switch wheels?

Does the 2 in 1 bike actually work?

So I just tried to pair Left+Right axs shift button to wake up my karoo but there was only an option for shifting, is there a way or extension to let me wake up my computer with that?

Is it possible to ride without my whoosh or Zwift? I have a van Rysel with Zwift cog, saw a indoor setting on my karoo, how do I make this work?
