Looking for a 45-50" tv to use as monitor for work (replacing old 50" tv that just went out) and looking for suggestions/advice

As the title suggests, my work monitor was an older 50" budget 4k tv that just went out. The tv will be used as a monitor most of the time for my no frills work desktop with a 4k video card (HDMI) on the weekdays, and on the weekends I have my macbook pro M4 max 14" laptop on it using it as the main (single) monitor.

# I need to replace it and, to my understanding, the things I need are as follows:

-4:4:4
-4k
-at least 2 HDMI ports
-no bigger than 50" (desk space + ergonomics for my current setup)
-no smaller than 45" (used for work and have a lot of stuff on the screen simultaneously so i need real estate)
-needs to mount to a normal desk mount (VIVO is the brand I have) for that size tv
-needs to be under $400 (the lower the better)

# Additional usage info:

-when using the macbook on it, I do music production using Ableton. I noticed on my old monitor that I had to use a lower resolution in order to be able to read the print in Ableton (and in other apps as well). From my limited understanding, this is due to lack of 4:4:4 ability on the older monitor but could be wrong.
-I will be doing no gaming on it and will rarely (if ever) watch a movie on it. I might fire up Age of Empires or SimCity once in a blue moon but that's about it. So gamine and movies are of almost no concern for this monitor
-I would really prefer to not have a smart tv, as that's just one more thing i'd have to make sure is updated/work around/etc. But these days I'm not sure if I can even find a tv without the smart functionality.

Any make/model suggestions or advice overall would be greatly appreciated. Apologies in advance if this breaks any sub rule(s).
