my criteria for my ranking
- how the skin looks
- if they have any unique qualities (tisha's feather duster, astro's active ability effect, etc. didn't affect toons who didn't have them)
what WASN'T counted
- particles (i genuinely forgot to count them lol, rankings don't change either way)
- obtainment method (golden skins would've been MUCH lower)
- price (same reason as obtainment method, event particle skins would've been WAY lower)
