NSV: My back rolls are almost gone!
SW 194, HW 203, CW 173, GW 150... 140...?
My 9-year-old asked me if I were just going to stand there or if I were going to flex for the picture. When I said stand there she seemed confused and said it was a boring picture. 🤣
Even three years ago when I weighed less, I had more pronounced back rolls. Hell yeah weights!
