Weird question, but does anyone remember the guy who used to walk around Hillcrest in very tight bike shorts? It was during the early 2000’s.
He always looked so confident, but it made me wildly uncomfortable 😂
I used to see him all the time at Sufficient Grounds and Leo’s.
Randomly remembered him after watching Neighbors (the yellow thong episode).
