I hope this request isn't too annoying given that it's travel-related--but I'm looking for vineyards (or wineries) that treat farmworkers well. Higher pay (especially hourly instead of piece rate), no history of labor law violations, and any other supportive services for the community. So far it seems like Somerston Estate would be the closest, but they won't be open in late June when I'm in the area.
EDIT: Also care if they treat winery workers well, but prioritized farmworkers because generally they're most at risk of mistreatment.
Update: Found some lists via a post in r/wine of companies/brands that are under UFW contract or are union-made.
