First time purchasing… can someone help me with sizing? Do the bras and underwear run true to size? I’m usually a size 32/34 C and underwear size M.

Past couple of days I’ve been feeling achy all over. I did have to change brands for my E patches due to the shortage. It’s been 2.5 weeks and just now I’m getting the achy feeling. Could it be the new patches? And does it mean I’m absorbing too much or not absorbing well enough?

If one experiences lower back discomfort ( kind of like the feeling when you were on your period), does that mean you are not absorbing the patch?

Those of you who use 2x weekly estradiol patches, which brands/manufacturers have you had the best results with? And which ones didn’t you love?
