Looks like I'm done with him and have to settle with 80/250 cr/cd with 2500atk.

I can increase more of the CD and attack, but my CR would fall to around 74

And in my traumatic experiences on mmorpg's, if CR isn't 100%, it's always gonna be a 50/50, no matter how small or minuscule the gap is.
