There are bunches of scammers. Where is the legit I'm just tied if being scammed twice.

Hi, I hate to ask, but I really need some help. I’m short on insulin for my diabetes and need to pick it up tonight.

I was recently scammed twice while trying to get help, which has made things a lot harder and honestly really stressful.

I’m asking for $40 and can repay $65 on the 28th when I get paid. If anyone is able to help, I would truly appreciate it more than I can say.
