2023 MX stuck on update 2026.2.9.8 unresponsive, cannot unlock
My Model X (2023) seems stuck during software update 2026.2.9.8, and I cannot get into the car at all.
Update was scheduled overnight around 2 AM
By 8 AM, car would not unlock via phone
Key card on the B-pillar also does not work
App shows ~60% battery but says last seen ~8 hours ago
Tesla support claims it is still installing, but it has been a few hours with no change
Right now the car looks completely unresponsive, almost like it is powered off.
Has anyone run into this before? How long can updates realistically take, and is there anything else I can try before calling roadside?
