Shipping label question for sellers

Hi, I just sold my first item on TU. I actually missed the notification and glad I checked my seller tab. Hopefully there is a setting to get a phone notification in addition to an email.
But anyway, I go to print the label and what a nightmare. It produced a 4x6 label but the actual label was a small rectangle in the top left corner of a big white rectangle. I have a thermal label printer and this just doesn't work. I had to take a screenshot and then print that, but some of the letters came out weird/faded that way. The barcode was good though, so I hope that is enough to get the item to the buyer because most of the text is hard to read.
Anyone got tips on how to get a proper 4x6 label from TU? In most other apps like eBay and Poshmark I can set the label size and it prints it correctly. TU seems to produce a 4x6 label on an 8x12 sheet. Also, I do everything from my phone (Android) if that matters, so maybe there are desktop settings I am missing?
