Hey guys. As the title suggests, I am currently on a study permit and have applied for a SOWP.

Me and my partner moved here on study permits. I am doing a certificate program at George Brown and he’s doing his PhD at YorkU. We got married in December and after 4 grueling months, we finally received our marriage certificate and I submitted my application for the work permit.

I have a part time job where I work for 24 hours but my employer and I both want me to move to a full-time position.

We both looked it up but we couldn’t find a reliable information. Can I actually work full time while my application is pending?
