Tried to open a casino today and was shown a message stating that Oregon no longer allows online gambling. Did a quick search and yep, effective this month.
I went to check another casino and it opened, so I withdrew my credits. The deposit is now pending in my bank account, so I'm assuming it will be credited by the end of the day, although the account already shows the amount as "available".
So, if you have any remaining credits in any online gambling accounts of any type and have your address listed with the casino in Oregon, I highly recommend cashing out now before you're locked out.
This is a generalized comment, but I read that many aphants tend to rely on logic. I happen to be one of those people, and it was interesting to learn about this new piece of information as my knowledge of aphantasia in myself is more recent.
Which led me to question if there is a difference in the amount of theist views in our particular population?
I'm not expecting anyone to share their religious beliefs, or, discuss their atheism, but I'm curious if this *seems* like a reasonable hypothesis?
Note: I did a quick search and saw a few graveyard posts on this topic. Using the assumption the group may have grown somewhat larger since those posts, there may be the potential for a broader audience and input. Therefore I posted my question, but I fully understand if admin would prefer I delete the post, for any reason. I know religion can be a hot topic, but I've also noticed this is, in general, a respectful sub.
Thanks for reading this far!
FTR, Our area has a ridiculous amount of unleashed dogs in leash only (or "no dogs allowed") areas. Resulting in a number of dog attacks by unleashed dogs, including an attack causing death. Not to mention dog crap that's left to fester everywhere.
