I grabbed this so quick before I realized I don’t have the correct sink or tub for this. Also, could not find the handles that went with it but goodness she was a beauty- solid brass and appears to be original from the 70s. Found a pic of Liberace with it in his bathrooms.

$90 😱

May go back today and see if she is still there. Don’t need to buy her but boy do I enjoy looking at her.

Hello! I wanted to share my experience using a fellowship program for my tummy tuck and liposuction.
Background:
I lost about 75 pounds 7 years ago. About three years after my weight loss, I underwent Lipo 360 after being told it would give me about 90% of the results of a tummy tuck. I wanted to avoid the tummy tuck scar at the time.
However, I quickly realized that after significant weight loss, liposuction alone is not the right approach. I was left with a lot of loose, excess skin. After a few more years, I decided to revisit the idea of a tummy tuck. I completed six consultations, and every surgeon confirmed that I should have had a tummy tuck from the beginning rather than liposuction alone.
A friend of mine, who is a resident at UTSW, recommended I look into their fellowship program.

Consultation & Decision:
The hospital explained that because this is a fellowship program, I would not be able to view before-and-after photos. This was the most difficult part of the decision and took me about three weeks to fully consider.
I met my surgeon, Dr. Alameddine, and had a great consultation. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and made me feel confident in the plan and expected results.

Procedure & Cost:
I had a drainless extended tummy tuck, liposuction to my flanks and sides, and a fat transfer to my breasts.
Tummy tuck: ~$5,600

Total (including lipo & fat transfer): ~$7,600

Results & Experience:
I am 10000000% happy with my results. I’ve had several follow-up appointments to monitor my healing and progresses, and I’ve felt very supported throughout the entire process.
And yes—he even gave me abs!

Photos are 4 months out with surgical scar tape worn daily. I did compression for 8 weeks

Found this print at my local thrift which made me chuckle bc it’s literally my everyday morning. Signed by T Farr in 1985
