when I used Sony(the world did not look like it looked to my eye, it was more 2d looking like a computer drawing) when I used Canon it was less cleaner looking more imperfections but moer life like, and I have observed the clear influence of Camera brand on the photographers work

Tama Hotel Ishinomaki - question for those who have stayed there

I've read many glowing reviews about Tama Hotel in Ishinomaki and I'm keen on staying there for my visit to Tashirojima (Cat Island). My one concern is the distance between the hotel and the port where the ferry departs for Tashirojima - almost every review states the hotel owner drove them to and from the port from the hotel. Has anyone NOT enjoyed this privilege? I'm wondering if this is a given or a bonus...thank you.
