Those who sit for prolonged periods of time at the desk, what chair has been the most comfortable? I’m currently looking at either Herman miller Aeron or Steelcase leap. Open for more suggestions.

Does anyone else have panic attacks after a draining day/interaction/activity or whatever that could cost you more energy?
