are these floaters?

so i have an appointment with an ophtamologist scheduled in 2 days bc i'm getting sunglasses and i'd like to check if everything's okay since i have moderate myopia (-4.25, -3.75, haven't checked it in 2 yrs tho, im almost 20 yrs old rn). about 2 and a half months ago i woke up looking directly at a bright surface and that's when i noticed floaters for the first time. i'm acc not sure if it's floaters, PVD or whatever but it appears only when i look at really bright surfaces such as the sky or computer screen. it's these completely transparent dots and a strand and also 1 small circular shaped floater, similar to the picture, but i see a small number of them normally. i thought it might be BFEP, but these move as i move my eyes so ig it's not that? i know my appointment is soon but i'm really scared that it's a retinal tear, however i have no flashes, curtains or black/dark floaters, so i'd just like some reassurance 🥲 i just feel like the more i think about them, the more i see, but it's not like they get in the way of my vision especially when i forget abt them, and i just had a tonsillectomy so i rlly don't want to end up in the hospital again.
