Refund - confirmed weeks ago, still not done
So... We would have flown on February 28th from Brisbane to europe. We were at the airport, but the the orange guy had a painful bowel movement I guess.
QR was unreachable, we stayed for two more nights on our own dime and then booked our own flights back home on our own dime. At least the refund was confirmed quite fast. It has been more than 28 working days. Chat keeps telling me I have to wait ~30mins, after 30 mins of waiting it is now 28 mins.
