
Joining the Sardine Wave!
Hello All,
Going to start eating some sardines…. Been having knee pain for years, and I feel like I need more Omega 3 in the diet. Help out with joint health. Not sure how much it will help, but I’ll try! If anyone has any benefits they’ve experienced, let me know in the comments!!
Also, I need ideas on how to eat these things…..
I was thinking of eating them at lunch time? Maybe some toast? Maybe some rice with tomato sauce?
Any recs? Also, which brand of these do you think will taste the best?
