As i’m working on a presentation about the shipwreck, i’m curious whether class or language barriers affected survival rates, or if it didn’t have any impact on it!
I have tried many supplements, and a low fodmap diet, but i haven’t really seen any change, so i was thinking, is it because my ibs is mostly caused by anxiety? does it even have any benefits at all for me to keep on doing this? because i have diarrhea and other symptoms no matter what i try..
All of my dms are gone except one groupchat, but it’s lagging too and it says group not found as shown in the second picture (i can see the chats sent tho, i just can’t send anything). I updated the app but it did not make a difference? I wonder if i’m the only one or if it has happened to others before.
