I want to start a business online but I live in Italy. Here if you want to open a business you're going to have a lot of costs (including iva/vat, Irap, Ires, Inps, Imu, tari, ecc. I mean a lot of taxes and contributes) but I do not want to go through all this expenses that are going to take maybe even more than half of what I gained from the business. I Did some research online and I happen to understand that in Dubai you have less costs to go through. You have no taxes for personal income (0%), no INPS equivalent for expats but only 5% VAT and a 9% corporate tax.

So I started thinking to even move my tax residence in Dubai but I have to stay 183 days there in the meantime, to prove the fact that I'm actually staying in Dubai. The problem is that I don't know how to maintain myself when I'm there.

I can't start doing the business online because if I succeed I have to pay double taxation and I could be fraud for corporate tax inversion. But how else am I going to provide for myself when I'm there?

What are you're opinion about?

There are some accountant or consultant that can help me? Or there are Italians that decided to move in Dubai because of taxes? If yes could you tell me how did you do it.

I still see my parents struggling to maintain me and my sister. They work like 10 hours a day , everyday, and make not much. There are also taxes, rent, debt, daily food, cats to take care, and other costs. Everyday I see them and I feel like crying seeing them. I want to become successful enough to make them not work anymore, so they can only have to worry about what to eat for lunch or dinner.

I know it's hard to build such sum of money but I'm determined to make it happen . The only problem it's that I have absolutely no idea of how to reach this goal. I decided not apply to university because I didn't know what I wanted to became in the future and I didn't wanted to ask my parents money to support me.

I'm 20 years old now and when other people think about exams or party , I'm anxious that I don't have enough time and I'm so lost.

In this era where internet it's in a global expansion a lot of people want to scam others so they can profit from them. I'm so suspicious that I don't have even the courage to buy a course that promise me that I can make a lot of easy money or invest, because I already know that if that was so simple everyone would already became rich and poverty wouldn't be a problem anymore.

So I literally beg if some REALLY rich person could give me advices to became one too.

I'm asking to became a millionaire because I think it's the right amount to makes me not worry about the life of mine and my family.

I'm kinda disparate here but I would be extremely grateful if I could have the opportunity to even talk or ask questions to them. Thank you in advance if I have a positive reply.
