Title. My headlights won’t come on on my 86 turbo. They pop up just fine, but after that only the passenger side occasionally turns on. I already cleaned the switch, I’m reading both continuity through the switch and voltage out of the switch when the stalk is turned. I’m reading 14 volts into the relay from the harness (driver side fender, brown and black). I just recently replaced the brown relay, and both relay harnesses have continuity to both headlights. The fuses are good. The bulbs are good. I’m honestly stumped as to what it could be. My only thought could be the black relay is bad, but even when I pulled it the passenger side headlight came on somehow. Any links to wiring diagrams would be appreciated. Thank you!

When the cars running, the left headlight will never turn on but the right does occasionally, and vice versa when the car’s off. Already replaced the relay. I’m getting super low voltage when the headlight’s not working (~2-4v), and normal when working (~14). I already cleaned off the switch with some electric contact cleaner, just wondering if anyone else has had the same issues.
