Feedback on my Prismari prerelease

I got it from a Prismari box, but I felt the preseeded pack was quite weak. I was happy to pull the ancient dragon of course, but it did not see much use as I was not able to pull of its storm once (and had it taken down quickly by a pick your poison)
In the end I had the following outcomes:
Match 1 vs UG won 2-0 by acting aggressive and using enrage and a counter at the right time
Match 2 vs WB lost 1-2 lost once due to 3 mulligans. Won once due to an enrage I was able to copy on my fliers and hit for a bunch of damage after they took some risk by hurting themselves to pull cards
Match 3 vs WR lost badly with 0-2. I was up to 5 islands and a hand full of spells requiring red..twice! Meanwhile 5 creatures hacking away at my health. I did have some fun messing around with the other guy's mind - making him think I had a hand full of counters (meanwhile one counter in the entire deck I did use in round 1 on a 5 mana card)
In the end it seems I may have had to have gone for BG instead of UR. What should I have done better in terms of deck building? Thank you for your feedback!
