Is this guy's CC not absolutely ridiculous? How do I counter it?
This guy slows me down, drains my stamina regen, all while being able to beam me for damage and chase me on an ice path making it extremely hard to avoid. How do I counter this? I can't shoot back because my fire rate is slowed. I can't escape because... well obviously I can't. Also sleeping dagger barely does a thing.
And the debuff clarity for his abilities really need an update to be more in line with other characters. Something UI elements like love bites or afterburn because as it stands I don't think these have been changed since neon prime or early deadlock. At least fix the stamina bar on the crosshair being desynced because currently the bars light up like you can dash when you can't and generally just bug out when Kelvin freezes you.
What do you guys think about Kelvin as he is currently? I'm not really worried about if he's OP as much as I care about getting to know some tips to just avoid this annoying ass ice man. Any advice would be appreciated 🫶
