Disclaimer: Not seeking medical advice just for educational purposes only.
I'm a grown man that's currently 63 pounds overweight. Unfortunately, I cannot take time off work. I don't work a physically demanding job. It's more of a production job with a lot of standing in place.
Due to what gets stored there the temperature is monitored and stays at 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
I have annoying medical issues that I know a long dry fast can help.
I just want to know if anyone has completed a long dry fast. 5 days or 7 days while working. Was it a good or bad experience?
