On the print out of the OCI application form (form generated online after completing the application), three pages are generated - the first page has the digital photo at the top right and the digital signature right below the digital photo, the second page has the set of questions asked and the third page is the applicant declaration page (which has a place to sign)

Is there any place to sign on the first two pages of the printed application ? Do we need to sign on top of the scanned signature shown in the first page ? Or print out the digital signature and attach it ? Or sign on a blank page and attach it ? Or is signing the declaration page (this is the last page which gets printed out in the application form) enough ?

Do the two physical photos need to be placed and attached on top of the digital photo ? Does one photo need to be glued/pasted on top of the digital photo and the other photo attached with a paper clip ? Or can both photos be placed with a paper clip on top of the digital photo ?

Appreciate any help - I need to mail the documents soon.

Trying to get OCI re-issued for a family member due to reaching age 20. Always get a "record not found" error on the OCI portal - tried all minor passport numbers. Consulate visit yielded nothing since consulate says this is a technical error and asked me to reach out to VFSGlobal. Called VFS multiple times, and even wrote to an internal VFS helpline email address given by the VFS representative. VFS says this is an issue on the OCI portal/database and they cannot help, and only the OCI helpdesk email can help. I wrote multiple times to this email but do not get a response. I tried different browsers, tried incognito mode, cleared cookies, and even tried parts of the OCI file number (cannot enter all the characters since the OCI entry field only allows lesser number of characters) - same error.

I am completely blocked in even starting the OCI re-issue process. In case anyone knows of any way to resolve this, please share
