Potty Issues Persist

My cat had been having diarrhea and was meowing before and after every potty, going potty right after eating. I switched food, poop firmed up. But still meowing before and after and then started pooping in unusual places. I took her to the vet. They wanted to do bloodwork and fecal testing. Luckily I asked for them to check her anus - they weren't even going to otherwise. They felt her abdomen and said no hard spots. When they checked her anus they said it needed expressed. They took her to another room to do it and I never heard her scream so loud in my life before. This was last Friday. When she came home she was ravenous - eating more than she had in one sitting in a long time. Then she was hiding but coming out every and now and then. No more meowing before and after pooping. Poop was getting firmer and was in the litterbox.

It's now Wednesday and she's had a firmer poop at least once a day since Friday. However she's also having trips to the litterbox where just a squirt of liquid poop comes out, like two little dots. She is meowing before and after these ones. She's on a probiotic from the vet. I feed her instinct wet food. I've been transitioning from chicken to rabbit to see if that's better on her stomach.

She's still hiding a lot. Over the weekend she came up on my bed for the first time in a long time.

It seems like the anal expression helped a lot temporarily but there's still something going on.

I spent $615 just for fecal testing, bloodwork, probiotics and anal gland expression. Vet said no parasites and her white blood cell count was a little low but could be from stress of the diarrhea so vet didn't want to do antibiotic.

I'm going to email the vet with pics of her poop and updates on her to see what we can do next.

I just want her to be okayyyyyyyyyyy.
