I think I got scammed by a laptop seller in Kolkata (India)

I got a contact from a shop in Kolkata they selling refurbished laptop and used laptop at retail price
so I contract them and make a deal on a Acer pradetor Helios neo 16.
at 70k.
and they tell me to pay 40% on the Billing time so I payed him.Then some problem with my location pin number COD is not available so he tell me to pay full amount I asked him to deliver to another location but he insisted and tell that it already ship so can't change the place
so I belive in him and payed the full amount and he send me the tracking link on delivery app. it all going good and after some time the delivery app showing pickup failed.
i tried to call him but he didn't pickup i massage him he replied it will be updated at Evening don't worry
after evening it didn't update and he switched off him phone.
shop name is "Master tech kolkata"
what should I do😔
