Millenium Park and the parts of Kent trails by the Grand River are super flooded. This is perhaps the most interesting spot, as the water level is just right to spill over the side of the bike path into the pond on the other side.

This is about a quarter mile west of the Kent County Parks HQ off of Butterworth Dr, near the bridge that takes I-196 over the Grand River.
