First 10 km!
After starting C25K last November i run my first 5KM in January.
In March i run my first 5 km Race and did the 5km in 30:56
After running easy 5km i set a new goal and yesterday i ran my first 10km
C25K is awesome and i wanna motivate you to keep on going! The benefits i gained with running are so good and i will keep on running more! I lost weight, i got much more breathing control when i do simple things (like going up stairs) and so on! Also if week 5-6 was hard in C25K you will survive it 😁
