My dentist gave me a mouthwash to use for next 2 weeks, is it safe to use on the day of my procedure?

I just got my implant done couple of hours ago (I FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!) I was so nervous but the sedation made it so much easier. Anyway, do I use this special mouthwash tonight or let my blood clot settle/give it time to heal tonight then use it tomorrow.

Finally...

I've always wanted the Eevee Bag because it's super cute and I mostly enjoy collecting the cute cards! My hard work has finally paid off!

What can I do to help my reflux?

Waiting to see a specialist and I'm not sure what else I can do. I usually eat healthy, high fibre, high water intake, don't eat fried foods often, etc. yet I'm still experiencing reflux and it's probably due to my stress levels lately. I'm anxious I'll be stuck with this for life and not being able to enjoy the foods I loved. I used to be able to drink a ton of coffee without issues, now I'm too anxious to. I've lost a little bit of weight, my stomach feels full/pressure far too easily now. I'm guessing it's genetics since my dad had to be on Omeprazole for his reflux but again, he was a heavy smoker and drinker so not sure how much of it is genetics versus lifestyle.

I'm going through a very stressful time and I'm currently waiting to be seen for the issue but acid reflux has had an effect on my diet and throat, irritation, phlegm, etc. I'm worried this will affect my chances for getting my implant finally placed next week. I am aware I should get my reflux checked but I do have an appointment set up for this.

I have waited ages to get my implant and I'm so stressed/worried about this having a possible effect although I can't see how but better to be safe than sorry I guess?

Odd question, I know. In the middle of waiting to be seen, but I've just gone through a stressful time which has induced reflux and digestive issues. Of course I was thinking ahead of omg what if this affects my implant and chances? I don't think it does but I'd rather be safe than sorry, right? I'm not vomiting, my throat has just been extremely irritated and sore from it.

▲ 11 r/GERD

I'm pretty sure I get acid reflux due to genetics since my dad had to be on Omeprazole most of his life but I've always had stomach issues since I was younger and would have flare-ups which would mostly come & go with severe stomach pain so bad I couldn't eat anything but yoghurt at times but it's never been that bad in a while.

I would sometimes get acid during the night come back up but that was rare and only if I eat a lot very close to bed time. Now I've had a flare up which has continued for over a week but I keep getting phlegm with anything I'm eating (plain chicken, brown rice, potatoes, porridge) and my throat is constantly dry, irritated and sore. I get a dirty cough and I've had to cut back on caffeine (I could usually drink tons of coffee with no issue), I don't drink tons of water after eating also not eating large portions.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I doomed like this? I'm not overweight or have never been unhealthy. I never used to eat fast foods, sugary sweets/drinks. My dad was never diagnosed with GERD or anything else but reflux..I'm so at a lost..I miss food and coffee.

But I'm pretty sure my reflux is caused by anxiety/stress since I've been under that a lot, and I can feel the anxiety in my stomach a lot.
